About Rowan –
Rowan Foxwood is a Lecturer of Creative Writing, with over 10 years’ experience giving talks and running workshops. Born into a family of globe-trotters, her world-wide travels as a child inspired a deep love of mythology, fairy tales and folklore that has saturated her writing. Her Middle-Grade fantasy novels Heartseer: The Tale of Anise Star and Magpie Girl: The Tale of Lavender Wild are the perfect reads for lovers of magic, myths and monsters.
